What happens if you wish to sell your VXX position if it recovers to 25 in a few months, but then have to cover the options at a much higher price? Or if you choose to keep both positions until 2012 and the VXX slowly erodes to nothing via a reverse split?
ReplyDeleteyour right. Gonna clear the calls and look to exit vxx on any equities pull back.
